What You’ll Do 📲
- Develop and scale our community on platforms like Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Facebook, X, Instagram and others
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages interaction, player advocacy, and loyalty.
- Create and execute campaigns, tournaments, and challenges to drive engagement and retention.
- Incorporate moment marketing and content marketing strategies to engage players with creative, real-time campaigns.
- Organize live streams, Q&A sessions, and interactive discussions to keep players excited and connected.
- Act as the voice of the community within the company, ensuring player feedback shapes product updates and features.
- Educate players about new game features, updates, and content releases through engaging communication.
- Build relationships with influencers, streamers, and key community leaders on platforms like Twitch and Discord to amplify visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with broader business goals.
- Monitor community metrics and social platform analytics, analyzing trends to refine strategies and ensure long-term success.
- Identify regional preferences and tailor community initiatives for India and the USA audiences.
- Champion crypto and Web3 narratives in community discussions, ensuring alignment with emerging trends and creating a compelling connection with audiences in these domains.
- Build and nurture communities specifically focused on crypto and Web3 gaming, leveraging relevant platforms and communication styles.
- Stay updated on Web3 technologies, blockchain-based gaming ecosystems, and NFTs, integrating them into community initiatives to engage crypto-savvy audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming or crypto space.
- Deep expertise in platforms like Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X, and an understanding of metrics, analytics, and audience behaviors.
- Deep knowledge of crypto and Web3 trends and technologies—this is a must-have. You should be able to:
- Communicate complex crypto and blockchain concepts in simple terms to foster engagement.
- Engage audiences effectively in blockchain-based gaming, NFTs, and other Web3 ecosystems.
- Identify and act on emerging crypto trends, integrating them into marketing and community strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build thriving Web3 communities and engage effectively with crypto-savvy users.
- Proven success in content marketing and creating strategies that leverage moment marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for building relationships and fostering trust.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and regions to align efforts.
