Position Summary:
The Technology Operations Associate will be responsible for tracking vendors, tools, and interoperability, in addition to supporting RFPs. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively manage relationships and support technology-related initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various teams, managing data, and helping ensure smooth operations across the technology landscape.

What you will do:

 Technology Solution Implementation:
•    Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of technology solutions to meet company needs
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption

 Stakeholder Collaboration:
•    Work with stewards across the company to understand technology needs and provide solutions
•    Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors during implementation

Vendor Coordination:
•    Assist in vendor selection and facilitate communication during the implementation process
•    Ensure a smooth transition before handing off vendor management to business stewards

 Technology Request Management:
•    Track and prioritize technology requests from various departments
•    Maintain clear workflows from request to implementation

Process Optimization & Documentation:
•    Maintain accurate records of technology solutions and implementation processes
•    Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What you need:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•    1-3 years’ prior experience preferred 
•    Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication.
•    Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
•    A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a technology-focused role.
•    Willing to do other duties as assigned.
•    Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%)
